My Identity as a Writing Teacher

During my school and college days, I used to participate In essay Competitions. after many years, this pandemic, I wrote 2 plays that we performed on Online Platforms which went well. Those 2 plays gave me immense happiness as a writer. When I read any novel, sometimes, my inner writer suggests me to write any part of Writing. I hope, in nearby future, I will fulfill my inner Writer's wish. I rendered my services as a designer for 2 books (1 Book- Collection of Poems of School-age Children).


 Coming to the Teaching Writing part in our Classrooms, We as teachers, need to play a vital role in teaching them. We need to inform or show them proper evidence must for teaching proper writing part. And I feel every teacher needs to have good handwriting which impacts students' handwriting skills. First of all, I need to write without any errors while writing and need to write with proper punctuation.

 In my classroom, I daily give Handwriting works to be completed in the evening at their Homes. Later, the next day, I will check-in classrooms and Reflect on that. I usually give time to think and write in their own style and later I used to correct them during classroom practice. For any type of new introduction of the Teaching writing Part, First I will relate to the teaching context and say rules and regulations for writing those contexts.

 I believe my strength as a teacher of Writing are My handwriting (Mother Tongue) and my imagination skills. With these, I try to teach my students effectively.

 I feel, My area of improvement is neat handwriting in English. Although I have good handwriting in my mother tongue, I'm not satisfied with my English handwriting skills.

Recently I've been to Students' writing workshop. The works by Children amazed me.
I believe that students have vivid imagination power. With that, they can write Short stories, Plays, and essays effectively.
We need to keep an eye on their work with regular constructive feedback so that they can write the Writing Part more effectively.
